Calling all history buffs. The Sedona Heritage Museum presents “Voices of the Verde” on Saturday November 4th at 1:30 p.m. The hour-long show stars Michael Peach, an actor and certified history interpreter. His unique blend of humor, song, and cowboy poetry makes Sedona history informative and entertaining. Michael will bring to life General George Cook, other historical figures, as well as pioneers from the Sedona of years gone by. As a history lover, you’ll be intrigued to learn that the Kings Ransom Sedona Hotel was one of the first hotels built in Sedona. Because Sedona was a favorite location for Hollywood westerns at that time, actors and celebrities would stay at the hotel during filming. But you don’t have to be a Hollywood celebrity to be treated like a star at the Kings Ransom Sedona Hotel.
